Respect the copyright to photos. Always ask permission if you want to use pictures. Do not rely on statements from others. Only the photographer can give you permission to use copyrighted pictures. Always make clear agreements about the use and reimbursement. Use the picture only for the agreed purposes. Always find out who made the picture. Do not use the photo if you do not know who made the picture. Always mention the name of the photographer near the picture. Edit or crop a picture not without the permission of the photographer. Pay attention to the rights others may have in the picture. Also ask them for permission. always give the photographer a copy of the use or publication.
